The incident has ignited a strong reaction online, with many Nigerians condemning the treatment of their compatriot. Some social media users expressed anger at the airline agent’s audacity, while others criticized the lack of strong Nigerian representation in the aviation industry.
One commenter remarked, “It is a shame upon Nigeria. Where is Nigeria’s airline?” Meanwhile, another, Wole Precious, reacted humorously, saying, “You are there wasting your strength speaking Yoruba to someone who doesn’t understand you… You no fit give her flying noodles?? Then we meet in court.”
The incident has intensified calls for Nigerian authorities to address discrimination against its citizens abroad and strengthen the country’s aviation sector. Many are urging Kenyan Airways to clarify the situation and ensure fairness in passenger treatment.
As the video continues to gain traction, Nigerians are awaiting an official response from both the airline and relevant authorities regarding the matter.
