Popular rapper and actor 50 Cent has said that he plans to speak directly with Donald Trump about Diddy. He, however, insisted that he doesn’t intend to influence any potential presidential pardon for the music executive during the conversation.

Reacting to Trump’s recent comments about considering a pardon if Diddy is found guilty, 50 Cent said that he’ll initiate a direct discussion with the President to inform him about the bad things Sean Combs previously said about him.

“He said some really bad things about Trump, it’s not ok. I’m gonna reach out so he knows how I feel about this guy,” he said.

After his statement, some media outlets interpreted it as 50 Cent urging Trump not to grant a pardon to Diddy, however, he has come out to clarify what he meant.

According to him, he won’t ask the President not to pardon the music executive, and he just wants to share his personal views about Diddy with Trump.

“I didn’t say don’t pardon him, I just said he’s been disrespectful,” he added.

While 50 Cent has not revealed when the meeting with Trump will happen, he keeps maintaining that the main purpose is to voice his perspective, not to interfere with the law.

Diddy is presently facing serious federal charges, with ongoing trial proceedings including testimony from a former assistant under the pseudonym “Mia,” alleging sexual misconduct.
