Nollywood actress and filmmaker Bimbo Ademoye has identified consistency as a major factor behind her growing success in the entertainment industry.
Speaking about her experience as a filmmaker, Titiansloaded reports that Ademoye said remaining committed to producing content despite high production expenses and occasional criticism helped her build a strong audience.
She explained that there were moments when the reactions to her projects made her question whether the money and effort invested were worthwhile. However, she continued creating content because she believed her persistence would eventually produce positive results.
The actress noted that her audience now watches her productions because of her identity as a filmmaker, rather than simply because of the popular actors featured in them.
According to her, this development reflects the impact of consistently putting out content and gradually earning viewers’ trust.
“I can comfortably say now that I don’t necessarily need to put known faces on my channel for people to click. They are watching because it’s a Bimbo movie, not because of the people in it,” she said.
Ademoye added that creators should not assume their work is being ignored simply because they do not immediately receive visible reactions or widespread attention.
She encouraged aspiring filmmakers and content creators to remain focused on their craft, stressing that audiences may be following their progress even when the response is not immediately obvious.
The actress maintained that persistence and regular content production played a significant role in taking her to her current position in the industry.
