A viral clip featuring Barcelona youngster, Lamine Yamal, has got Nigerian music fans talking. The interesting clip showed the 17-year-old Spaniard dancing to Afrobeats music and revealing who his favourite Nigerian singers are.
Despite going viral in a different video for grooving to Skales’ “Shake Body,” Yamal ignored the singer when listing his favourite Afrobeats artists, choosing Rema and Burna Boy instead.
The football sensation also paid homage to the pioneers of the Afrobeats genre by vibing to Wande Coal’s popular song, “Iskaba,” and sharing the moment via his Instastories to his thirty million followers.

Recall that Skales recently capitalised on Yamal dancing to his track on TikTok by collaborating with the Spanish forward to further promote the monster hit and even plan a tour for it.
Lamine Yamal has been tipped to be a future Ballon d’Or winner in the coming years, thanks to his brilliant performances for club and country over the past year.
