One of the day’s most exciting encounters saw God’s Merit School defeat Bosede Idehen International Academy (BIIA) 4–3 in a thrilling seven-goal contest.
BIIA started strongly and took an early lead through Opeyemi, jersey number 8, who converted an opportunity created by his teammates.
Opeyemi struck again from a well-delivered free kick to extend BIIA’s advantage to 2–0.
God’s Merit School responded with renewed determination, pulling a goal back before eventually levelling the game at 2–2.
The second half produced another intense battle as God’s Merit School took the lead for the first time, moving ahead 3–2.
BIIA continued to fight back, with both teams creating opportunities through free kicks, corner kicks and attacking movements. God’s Merit eventually added another goal to make it 4–2.

In another fixture, Bosede Idehen School defeated Dee Unique School 6–1 in a dominant performance.

The match also produced a memorable moment as Nimi Ajayi, identified as the son of the administrator of Bosede Idehen International Academy, featured in the competition. His participation made him the youngest player to feature in the tournament so far.
Meanwhile, Josab recorded the biggest victory of the day, thrashing Golden Star 13–0 in a one-sided encounter.
Josab maintained pressure throughout the match and repeatedly found the back of the net, underlining its attacking strength as the competition progresses.
