Fatima Ogunsanya, elder sister to popular Nollywood actress Toyin Abraham, has shared her childhood experiences with the movie star. She recently revealed that her sister always knew she would turn out to be a superstar despite their family’s struggles.
Speaking during an interview with social media personality, Spiritofsaco, Fatima said that Toyin never had to force her talent to show when she started out as an actress because acting has always been a natural for her.
The Canada-based woman revealed that even since they were very young girls, her sister always declared herself a future star despite all of the challenges their family was facing at the time.
According to her, Toyin’s self-belief was so overwhelming that she never allowed the problems around her to derail her ambition to feature in Nollywood films, and that is the reason she is currently making a lasting impact in the country’s movie industry.

Revealing that their early years were filled with struggles and hardship, Fatima said that all of that never bothered Toyin one bit because she has always been consistent with her optimistic spirit.
Acknowledging her sister for overcoming every obstacle on her path to stardom, she praised the “Alakada” crooner for her admirable strength and perseverance to keep forging ahead regardless of how difficult things are.
Fatima shared that Toyin Abraham often made a lot of uplifting statements when they were still kids, and it is the same hopeful spirit that has helped her push through any adversity life throws at her as an adult.
Ogunsanya maintained that she is not surprised that her sister turned out to be as successful as she currently is, noting that individuals destined for greatness often endure difficulties and rise above them in the end.
She then praised the movie star for showing support at Iyabo Ojo’s daughter’s recent wedding, reiterating that her sister’s happiness for all of her colleagues is expected and very sincere.
