Billionaire businessman, Femi Otedola, has told his daughter, Temi Otedola, to see her husband, Mr Eazi, as her boss henceforth. He recently had his say during their wedding reception, as Temi tied the knot with Mr Eazi in a private ceremony in Iceland in August 2025.
In a clip circulating from the reception that was held in August, Otedola hailed the couple’s love and entrepreneurial spirit, describing their union as a match “made in heaven.”
Advising his daughter to prioritise her marriage above everything else, he praised her for marrying a great guy.
According to him, he loves the fact that Temi and Eazi are truly in love with each other, and he respects both of them for being hustlers regardless of family wealth.
“You found a great guy, very great guy, blessed guy. He’s come from a very decent family. One thing I’ll advise you… you have to succumb to the whims and caprices of your husband. Okay? He’s your husband, he’s your boss. There’s no more dad, don’t call me up.
One thing I like about both of you and I’ve observed is, you’re truly in love with each other. Truly, truly in love with each other. Temi is an entrepreneur. Tosin is an entrepreneur. So you match each other.
This is made in heaven. For Tosin, you’re going to go places. I’ve seen the entrepreneurial skill in you. When we were much younger, we used to think we used to hustle, but not like your generation. You are hustlers, real hustlers. And it’s always paid off. Continue to love, Temi,” he said.

Otedola further urged the young couple to handle disagreements privately, stressing that God will bless their marriage abundantly.
He concluded by praying for the couple and wishing them a blissful union for the rest of their lives.
“When you have issues, problems, just keep it within yourself. Never call any friend that have this problem. Just keep it within your walls. And God will bless you and bless your marriage.
I thought of what should I give this couple as a present. I thought, I’ve splintered my savings account. I brought my gift. This gift I present to you. You go out to the world. You’re both entrepreneurs. Out-think, out-manoeuvre, and out-spend. You’ll be great people. This is my gift for you.
I thank you all and I wish you safe travels back to various places you’ve come from. God bless you all. I love you all,” he added.
