Popular Afrobeats singer, Davido, is back in the news after his personal barber confirmed that he now pays up to ₦2 million per haircut. The singer’s barber, Kufre Nnah, who owns the premium grooming brand, Kayz Place, recently had his say via his social media page.
Reflecting on how far they’ve come, Kufre posted a picture of himself giving Davido a trim, confirming that the singer currently pays millions of naira every time he gets a haircut.
According to him, he started cutting Davido’s hair when he was only 12 years old, and the artist used to pay 200 naira back then, so he feels super proud to be presently receiving 2 million naira per trim after so many years of quality service.
Kufre noted that he considers himself a part of Davido’s journey for that fact alone, reiterating that he was one of the few who have stood by David Adeleke from the very beginning.
