Popular comedian and former BBNaija housemate Deeone has announced plans to break the Guinness World Record (GWR) for the longest stand-up comedy performance. Known for his hilarious jokes, Deeone, whose real name is Aderombi Adedayo Martin, is ready to push the limits of his creativity.
Announcing via his social media platforms, the comedian declared that his record-breaking attempt will span 40 hours.
According to him, his attempt is scheduled to take place from October 2-4, 2025, at Pallazo Lagos, Opebi, Ikeja, Lagos, and he needs the support of Nigerians to make it happen.

Deeone’s announcement attracted lots of support from fellow celebrities, including Josh2funny, who referred to him as “my favourite comedian.”
Popular singer and fellow BBNaija alumni Teddy A (@iamteddyA) took to his comment section to cheer, “Let’s go!”
Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh also voiced her encouragement with these words, “Deeone, you can do this! I dey your back.”
Alongside the news, Deeone flaunted a flier mimicking a regular burial poster to reiterate his signature humour, as he signals a bold new chapter in his career.
