The All Progressives Congress in Sanga Local Government Area of Kaduna State has expressed its support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Uba Sani, endorsing their re-election bids for second terms of office in 2027. This was recently agreed at a stakeholders meeting which was attended by notable figures that included the Kaduna State Deputy Governor, Dr. Hadiza Balarabe, APC executives, former chairmen, elected and appointed government officials, and other critical stakeholders.
In a unanimous decision, the party reiterated its support for President Tinubu and Governor Uba Sani, citing the people-centred developmental policies being implemented under their reign.
Speaking at the well-attended gathering, the Deputy Governor, Hadiza Balarabe, hailed the positive transformation that Sanga and other rural communities are experiencing under the Uba Sani-led government, especially via projects that aid socio-economic growth.
Hadiza commended Governor Uba Sani’s concentration on rural transformation, noting that his inspection of the ongoing construction of the Sanga-Jema’a road – a major infrastructure project awarded by the state government, as proof that he is working.
“We are witnessing a new era of development in Sanga and other parts of Kaduna State.
The governor’s focus on rural transformation is evident in projects like the ongoing construction of the Sanga-Jema’a road, which will boost socioeconomic growth and improve the lives of our people,” he said.
Hadiza then appealed to all APC members in Sanga to stay united and work towards ensuring the continued success of the party at both state and federal levels.
“Let us continue to work together to achieve our goals and ensure that our party remains strong and united,” Balarabe said.
Other speakers at the event appreciated the Uba Sani-led government for prioritizing Sanga in terms of infrastructural development, economic empowerment, and political appointments of indigenes of the region.
“Governor Uba Sani has shown that he is committed to the development of Sanga LGA,” the lawmaker stressed, adding that “the ongoing construction of the Sanga-Jema’a road is a testament to Gov Sani’s commitment to improving the lives of our people,” Hon. Audu Dogo added.
