U.S President Donald Trump has blasted those criticizing the way he has handled the Russia–Ukraine conflict. He recently called his critics stupid and senseless, and the world has been reacting.
Reacting via his Truth Social account, Trump revealed that only those who lack intelligence and understanding will speak against his approach to ending the war.
According to him, he deserves more credit for settling 6 wars in 6 months, especially because one of the resolutions put an end to a potential nuclear disaster.
Accusing media outlets like the Wall Street Journal of unfairly questioning his methods, he maintained that he is only trying to end a war Biden should have taken care of when he had power.
“They are ‘STUPID’ people, with no common sense, intelligence, or understanding, and they only make the current R/U disaster more difficult to fix. Despite all of my lightweight and very jealous critics, I’ll get it done — I always do!!!” he wrote.

Emphasising that he does not need advice from anyone on how to do his job, Trump stressed the war would not have started in the first place if he were president.
He concluded by saying that he knows what he is doing, and he, like everyone else, doesn’t want the war to keep lingering.
“This Russia/Ukraine mess is Sleepy Joe Biden’s war, not mine. I’m only here to stop it, not to prosecute it any further. It would have NEVER happened if I was President. I know exactly what I’m doing, and I don’t need the advice of people who have been working on these conflicts for years and never able to stop them,” he added.
