Popular rapper, Lil Kesh, has explained why he is not in a hurry to get married. He recently shed some light on his views about love, relationships, and personal growth.
Speaking recently during an interview, Lil Kesh revealed that he is presently single and doesn’t even believe in the traditional idea of marriage for now, especially because of the rising rate of divorce and the number of unhappy couples all over the world.
According to him, the only reason he has yet to settle down until now is that he does not think he can play his own part to guarantee a happy home yet.
“I don’t believe in marriages, they don’t work. Have you seen the rate of divorces?. I’ve seen a lot of unhappy marriages. I want a happy home and I don’t feel I can give that yet,” he said.
Lil Kesh disclosed that he recently ended a relationship he was in because the decision was necessary for his personal and career development.
The lyricist said that he simply figured out that he would do better on his own at that point, so he ended things immediately to focus on himself and personal growth.
“It was intentional in the first place, because I figured out I could do better on my own. As far as my career and everything that was a priority to me at that time,” he added.
