Former BBNaija housemate and professional chef, Uriel Oputa, has warned Nigerians against meddling in other people’s affairs and success stories. She recently revealed that the unhealthy obsession with other people’s lives needs to stop.
Reacting via her social media page, Uriel urged Nigerians to learn to focus on their own lives rather than coveting blessings they don’t fully understand.
Blasting the popular phrase, “Let me tap into your blessing,” the reality star warned her fellow citizens against blindly wishing for results without knowing the hidden struggles that birthed them.
According to her, people should stop tapping into blessings they do not understand, especially when they know nothing about the sacrifice and pain that went into the blessings they see online.
She stated that Nigerians should concentrate fully on their own path and the steps they need to take to be successful as well.

“Ladies and Gentlemen, let’s clarify something today,
There are certain things that are nobody’s business – and I mean nobody.
Let me tap into your blessing – Stop that. Don’t tap into what you don’t understand. You don’t know the sacrifice, the process, the pain and the journey.
Tap into your own blessing, work your own lane, stay focused on your path.
Simple!” she wrote.
Uriel reiterated the importance of respecting privacy, stressing that not everything should be open to public scrutiny or commentary.
The reality star concluded by saying that people should stop feeling the need to explain everything that relates to their story and journey.
“Now, let’s list the things that are absolutely nobody’s business:
Because, guess what?
It’s your life, journey, and story – and you owe no one an explanation,” she added.
