Veteran Nollywood actor Saidi Balogun has shared details of a life-threatening road crash that nearly ended his career, revealing how President Bola Tinubu and First Lady Remi Tinubu played a pivotal role in his recovery.
Titansloaded reports that the actor made the disclosure during an interview on Oyinmomo TV, where he narrated how the accident occurred in Akure, the capital of Ondo State, while returning from a movie location after wrapping up the final scene of a film project.
According to Balogun, the crash left him in critical condition and in urgent need of advanced medical care. After receiving initial treatment in Nigeria, arrangements were reportedly made for him to travel abroad for further medical attention. He credited President Tinubu and the First Lady for facilitating the process and ensuring he received adequate healthcare support.

The revelation has sparked conversations across the entertainment industry, with fans and colleagues expressing gratitude for his recovery and applauding the support he received.
