The National Space Research and Development Agency (NASRDA) has formed a strategic partnership with the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) to enhance capacity-building initiatives within the public relations sector. This collaboration, highlighted during a recent courtesy visit by NIPR’s Abuja chapter to NASRDA’s headquarters, underscores a commitment to elevate professional standards in public relations.

According to Dr. Felix Ale, NASRDA’s Director of Media and Corporate Communications, the partnership is a crucial step in boosting public relations and media standards across Nigeria. During the visit, NASRDA’s Director General, Dr. Matthew Adepoju, expressed appreciation for NIPR’s dedication to professionalism and highlighted the role of effective public relations in fostering national development.

“The noble roles and contributions of NIPR members are essential for the growth and development of our nation,” Adepoju stated. He encouraged professionals within the field to uphold the highest standards of communication across Nigeria’s public and private sectors.

Leading the NIPR delegation, Mr. Edward Adebanjo formally invited Dr. Adepoju to chair the 2024 NIPR Annual Conference and General Meeting, which will be held in November 2024. The event, themed “Leadership and Economic Transformation,” aims to delve into the vital relationship between leadership and economic growth.

Adebanjo highlighted Dr. Adepoju’s selection as chairman, recognizing his transformative leadership and dedication to socio-economic progress.
