The father of late Mohbad, Joseph Aloba, has said that he spent ₦18 million to conduct an autopsy on his son’s body. He recently stirred conversations online after shedding more light on the circumstances surrounding his singer’s death.
Speaking during a live broadcast on TikTok, Aloba revealed that ₦16 million was spent on the actual autopsy, while an additional ₦2 million was used for related expenses.
According to him, if anyone believes he is lying about the total amount spent, he or she should come out and prove that he is not telling the truth.

His latest statement has expectedly sparked a lot of reactions online, with several Nigerians questioning the amount mentioned, and a few others demanding proof of the claimed expenditure for more transparency.

The music composition was recently shared on his official TikTok account, and the lyrics appeared to reflect his emotional journey since Mohbad passed.
As expected, the track did not amuse fans of the late singer, who immediately blasted Aloba for trying to capitalise on the tragedy that befell his own son.
