Nollywood actress and media personality Lolo 1 has said that she would rather be a second wife than a man’s side chick. She recently opened up about relationship values and morality, and Nigerians have been reacting.
Speaking during an interview with Bimbo Akintola, Omotunde Adebowale David declared that she prefers a polygamous man to a man who cheats on his wife.
According to her, a married man having a side chick is what she cannot stand, and it is better if the man marries more than one woman to satisfy all his needs at once.
“I would rather a man be polygamous than for him to be married and have a side chick.
That’s the one I would not contend with,” she said.

The former Wazobia FM OAP further noted that being a recognised wife carries more dignity than hiding in a man’s shadow.
He concluded by saying that men sleeping around despite being married is a norm that has to change in Nigeria.
“I would rather have polygamy than have you have a side chick.
Let us all come to the marriage and suffer together,” she added.
