Popular Nollywood filmmaker Ashabi has responded after her baby daddy, Portable, publicly accused her of creating tension in his marriage. Recall that Portable recently alleged that Ashabi is trying to turn his wife, Bewaji, against him by feeding her negative information.
Reacting, Ashabi simply said that while she is an entertainer, she absolutely hates drama and prefers to avoid unnecessary conflict.
According to her, despite being a filmmaker who produces drama for Nigerians to watch and enjoy, she does everything possible to avoid drama in real life.
Ashabi stressed that she has endured several false accusations from Portable over the years, so she was always going to speak out at some point
Emphasising how she has consistently carried herself with respect for years, Ashabi noted that she doesn’t even remember ever coming online to rant over any personal issue.

“In as much as I am a filmmaker and I do drama, I don’t like drama. I don’t think I have come online to rant before. I have been quiet because I respect myself, and now I will talk. Is this how I will continue, like I wouldn’t talk? Is it until I die?” she wrote.
Ashabi further insisted that while she constantly avoids dragging others on social media, Portable has pushed her to the wall.
“I don’t like drama or dragging, but I can’t take it anymore,” she added.
