Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing has come out to hail her senior colleague, Funke Akindele. She recently described her as a force to reckon with in Nigeria’s movie industry, emphasising that she remains unstoppable and undefeated.
Speaking via her social media page, Nkechi praised the movie star for her filmmaking talents, especially for her latest movie, “Aiyetoro Town.”
Thanking Funke Akindele for believing in her consistently, she stated that the “A Tribe Called Judah” producer is definitely a star maker who deserves all the recognition she gets.
Nkechi appreciated Funke for keeping the faith despite her being distant in recent years, stressing that she is the numero uno of the Nollywood industry.
“From Canada, peep the Star girl’s voice, mama. @funkejenifaakindele, you remain a force, unstoppable, undefeated, Numero Uno. You did this so many years ago; you are doing it again. I bless GOD in your life, maami. Thank you for believing in me even though I have been distant…” she wrote.

Nkechi further noted that she does not take the movie maker’s love for granted, reiterating that she’ll continue to love her beyond words.
