Popular streamer Adin Ross has reacted to a petition written against him, Drake and betting platform Stake. He recently described the class action petition as “bullshit,” and fans have been reacting.
In a new clip taken from a recent stream, Ross shared that viewers can read through the documents on their own to confirm that it is a complete waste of time.
According to him, there is nothing to talk about, and he does not intend to give the accusation any life with a reaction.
“I will tell you guys this. Read through the case yourself. It’s fucking bullshit.
It’s bullshit. It’s fucking bullshit,” he said.
Drake, Stake and Adin Ross have been accused by a Missouri man arguing that “Stake’s deceptive trade practices have inflicted severe harm on the vulnerable” in the state, especially “individuals prone to gambling addiction and younger consumers.”
He alleged that the younger consumers are targeted through the platform’s free play marketing.
“To wit, when Ross and Drake purport to gamble online with [Stake], they often do not do so with their own money despite telling the public in Missouri and elsewhere the opposite. This fact is not shared with the public in Missouri by Stake and/or Ross and/or Drake. These acts are deceptive, fraudulent, and unfair and violate Missouri law,” the petition read.

Reacting, Streamer xQc noted that the potential lawsuit will hold no water in court, stressing that it’s “just pandering to the public perception.”
He concluded by saying that anyone celebrating such legal actions is clearly misinformed.
As of the time of this writing, Drake has not addressed the controversy or issued any reaction on his social media platforms.
“We reject allegations that have been made in the media in relation to this potential claim and will vigorously defend this and all such claims,” a Stake representative said, denying the claims.
