Nigeria’s Deputy Senate President, Senator Barau Jibrin, has come out to mourn the death of former president Muhammadu Buhari. He recently described PMB as an enduring symbol of patriotism and resilience.
Speaking via a press statement issued by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Ismail Mudashir, Jibrin revealed that Buhari’s life was rooted in discipline and patriotism.
According to him, PMB would not just be remembered as a prominent figure in Nigeria’s political scene; his honourable style of leadership will never be forgotten.
He stated that Buhari stood out by being a president who did everything possible to reshape Nigeria’s trajectory.
“President Buhari was not just a towering figure in our nation’s history, but a man whose life embodied discipline, resilience, and patriotism.
He served with honour in both military and civilian leadership, and history will remember him for his efforts to reshape our nation’s trajectory,” he said.

Extending his condolences to the wife of the late president, Aisha Buhari, Jibrin prayed for his family to find the strength to bear the loss.
He then prayed for Almighty Allah to grant the late APC leader Al-Jannah Firdaus.
