Nollywood actor Mike Ezuruonye recently paid a heartfelt visit to legendary actor Pete Edochie. The visit has got Nigerians talking after a video circulating online showed both actors exchanging a warm embrace.
The respect and admiration both movie stars have for each other was on display as Pete Edochie welcomed Ezurounye with smiles and kind words.
Mike praised Pete Edochie as a visionary and pathfinder of Igbo culture, appreciating him for his lifelong contribution to the growth of Nollywood and his amazing representation of Igbo heritage on set.
According to him, standing in front of the legendary actor is a massive honour because his works have helped to preserve the Igbo culture over the years.
“I’m deeply honoured to be in the presence of a legend. Your works have shaped minds and helped preserve our culture. You are a visionary and a true pathfinder of Igbo culture,” he said.
