Ex-BBNaija housemate Ka3na has blasted celebrities who fake baby bumps online. She recently shared that public figures should learn to be more honest about their motherhood journeys.
Reacting via her Instagram page, the reality star advocated for open surrogacy, describing it as a valid choice for any woman.
According to her, there is nothing wrong with giving birth via another woman’s womb as far as she is concerned, because it is far better than Nigerian celebrities using their platforms to deceive fans with fake pregnancies.
“Dear Nigerian Public Figures (especially women), we are privileged to be more informed, more exposed, and better travelled. With that comes the responsibility to be honest with our followers. Nigerian entertainment events
There is absolutely nothing wrong with having a baby through a surrogate. The child is 100% yours. So why deceive your fans by pretending to be pregnant?” she wrote.

Ka3na narrated her own experience with a traumatic pregnancy, stating that if she were to have another child, she would definitely consider surrogacy.
The mother noted that her troubling experience made her develop a serious fear of labour pain that she has not been able to recover from after many years.
She concluded by saying that real mothers can immediately see through the fakeness when female celebrities try to deceive Nigerians with fake pregnancies online.
“Take me for example: I had a traumatic pregnancy that left me with a deep fear of going through it again. If I ever choose to have another child, I hope to go through surrogacy. And there’s nothing shameful about that. We have platforms. We have influence. Let’s use them to share truth that helps, not just images that perform. And for the record, many of us mothers can see through the act. You’re not pregnant, and that’s okay. But the lie? It’s unnecessary,” she added.
