The Deputy Senate President, Senator Barau Jibrin, has hailed Bola Tinubu’s performance as president. He recently declared that Nigeria is on the right path to progress and prosperity.
Speaking via a press statement, signed by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Ismail Mudashir, Jibrin commended President Tinubu for laying a solid foundation to restore Nigeria’s past glory.
He revealed that the country has been strategically repositioned under Tinubu’s leadership over the last 2 years, stressing that BAT’s impactful policies and programmes will help him overcome the challenges he inherited from past governments.
Jibrin urged citizens and well-wishers across the globe to celebrate President Tinubu for all he has achieved thus far as national leader.
“I join Nigerians and well-wishers around the world in congratulating President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, on the second anniversary of his administration.
Over the last 24 months, under his visionary leadership, Nigeria has been strategically repositioned. Despite inheriting numerous challenges, the President has introduced impactful policies and programmes aimed at overcoming them,” he said.

Highlighting the progress the APC politician has made to tackle insecurity and sustain the economy, he emphasized that Tinubu is working relentlessly to keep terrorists neutralized across the country.
Jibrin maintained that terrorism has reduced drastically in the North since BAT took over, especially in the North West. Areas previously deemed unsafe.
He concluded by urging Nigerians to continue praying for President Tinubu as he leads our nation toward peace and socio-economic transformation.
“The President is working tirelessly to address the insecurity challenge. Hundreds of terrorists have been neutralised, especially in the North West. Areas previously deemed unsafe are being reclaimed. Kidnappings along the Abuja-Kaduna highway have drastically reduced.
In the South East, the once rampant attacks by unknown gunmen have diminished. Boko Haram was largely decimated, although isolated attacks persist in parts of Borno State.
I urge all citizens to continue praying for our leaders and to give their full support to President Tinubu as he leads our nation toward peace and socio-economic transformation,” he added.
