Popular singer Small Doctor has voiced out against the increasing habit of substance abuse among Nigerian youths. He recently revealed that the pressing issue has to be addressed quickly to preserve the future of the nation.
Speaking via his social media page, Small Doctor expressed his concern after a recent walk through his neighbourhood, describing the experience as disturbing, after he saw several young citizens engaging in drug use.
The “Penalty” crooner shared that the current trend is deeply troubling for him because it is obvious that the drug users are walking down a dangerous path.
According to him, he remembers legendary Fuji artist Wasiu Ayinde once encouraging him to consider setting up a rehabilitation centre in the country, because he believed that it would become a profitable business in the near future.
