Popular radio presenter, Nnamdi Nwabasili, a.k.a N6, has said that he is the reason behind MI Abaga and Vector’s beef. The OAP recently revealed that he played a major role in fueling the animosity between both rappers.
Speaking during a recent interview, N6 revealed that even though he would normally avoid conflict with industry players, he felt compelled to compose a diss track in response to M.I. Abaga’s 2017 hit, “You Rappers Should Fix Up Your Lives,” which took shots at several Nigerian rappers simultaneously.
According to him, that fire track he dropped ended up becoming the catalyst for Vector’s subsequent lyrical attack on MI, and that triggered the entire beef, since all the responses before that were diplomatic at best.
N6 said that after M.I.’s diss track led to his reply, the legendary rapper only responded to his response via tweets, and that prevented what could’ve been a full-blown rap beef between them.

“I did a reply track to M.I’s diss track ‘You Rappers Should Fix Up Your Lives,’ but he replied me with tweets.
So, we didn’t go on the full extent of a rap beef. He did ‘You Rappers Should Fix Up Your Lives’ and I did ‘You Should Fix Up Your Life, Too,’ then he replied me with about 18 tweets.
That was the only time I ever went at a fellow rapper. I like to keep a friendly disposition with my colleagues because I know I’m crazily talented.
So, what am I dragging with them? When I dropped my reply track, we got into a fight. Some people don’t know that was what led to him [M.I] and Vector’s beef,” he said.
The TV personality told Nigerian rap fans to go back and play his response to Mister Incredible back then, and they’ll understand why Jude Abaga singled him out for dragging on social media.
“M.I did a song entitled, ‘You Rappers Should Fix Up Your Lives,’ and some rappers started replying him but were being diplomatic. So, I did my reply. If you hear the things I said in my reply, I understand why out of 4,000 replies, he came for me,” he added.
